"Had to get a paper notarized. The woman attending me was not paying attention and was talking to another staff member the entire time. Well that's probably why they ended up doing it wrong, putting the wrong name and it was denied when I sent it to the Tax Collector. $10 is a steep price for it to be done wrong, now I have to go through the trouble of printing, getting the property owner to go again, which my closest Amscot isn't that close."
