"It is impossible to actually call and talk with a person at the bank even when trying multiple times during the day. Then when calling the main national number and finally speaking with someone they can't see a transfer that was made 4 days beforehand. Pathetic."

"Rating Kathy’s service a 5 star rating. She really went above and beyond with her customer service being a TRUIST advocate. She was empathetic and really wished she could help. Employees like her make the company a difference. However this time it’s the actual bank. . . . For TRUIST itself it’s a 0 !!! Do not bank here. GO TO A CREDIT UNION. My family and I are experiencing a very hard time right now and it seems like the actual bank policy is not understanding when it comes to their system. The “authority” it’s given to even managers is not acceptable. I’m having a unique situation happening experiencing a major loss with family members and I wasn’t able to deposit my labor check because I’m not in the states for when payroll came out. I got my first NSF FEE and no one can refund it because it’s policy. This is not a usual transaction on my account but the fact that TRUIST isn’t able to do a courtesy manual refund or even with an exception of a peer makes me not want to have any type of relationship here. DO NOT BANK HERE."

"Here from Chicago, deciding on a bank. We are headed to New York for a gig. Wife wanted to break big bills down. I said stop there. They're the closest bank. Break bills, check it out. See if they're friendly. They wouldn't convert good old U.S. greenbacks to smaller bills. Because she wasn't a member. ROTFLMFAO Guess who will be taking there Chicago money to a different bank? So dumb. Publix did it. Good, we shop there. Although we miss Jewels. They have to let us give zero stars."

"Jux need to be fired!!! Terrible customer service! Very rude! Also the older lady with short Gray hair i did not catch her name. There is absolutely no reason to be rude to customers that bank with you. I never walked inside of bank and experience bad customer service."
