"We went to get a closing document notarized that was *sent to us in the mail from another state*. They said they had to check to see if it was a document that they could notarize. They said they could notarize it. We filled out all the paperwork and employees were only watching part of the time, and not all the same employee. The teenage girl who was helping us filled out their log book with the "licensed notary" box filled in with "Rodney." We finally finished filling out all the paperwork and another teenage girl (one we had not seen yet) came to sign and said they can't sign that type of document. She was very rude and offered to sign the other pages for the same fee, just not the most important one. Also she did not look like a "Rodney." The title lady asked us to talk to her and she refused to talk to her. Rodney should have his license revoked. super sketchy practices going on here."

"Very Negative!!! 07/20/ 2019 Saturday ( evening ) two employees of the Amscot Store #241 for two hours - mocked me!!!!!!!! I tried to send money through the Western Union to my girlfriend , who was in other country on vacation... they did everything possible to make me feel nervous and offended !!!! I don’t know what that female employee wrote or said to Western Union but in the end, my money transfer was cancelled!!!! So, I could not help to my friend in critical situation because of this two “ people “"
