"Opened an account with Deb. She made an annoying task painless and enjoyable."
"Usually I would not leave a review however I can’t help but see a major underlying issue with my visit. It was a busy day when we parked at truist when we were stopped (very rudely) to ask if we were here for banking business. We had planned on parking at the bank, doing business there and then going across the street to grab coffee. We told the women who stopped us our plans and she was incredibly rude telling us we needed to move because they “were on people today” or we’d be towed. Despite the rudeness we were willing to move the car after doing business at the bank. When we were walking back to our car there was a couple walking into the building and she was incredibly kind telling them that the parking lot was for banking purposes only. Now my issue lies with the fact that this woman was incredibly rude to us due to fact that my girlfriend and I are young or that we are a gay couple. Either way I hope she can learn some manners. On a lighter note the women at the desk who helped me get a new card was delightful and so sweet! Update: I think I was so upset because I was hangry but the women was still really rude."
"Worst service ever. I tried to make a deposit at the drive-in window I had everything organized in an envelope with the request for the change to be in hundred dollar bills and I asked for deposit slips. I waited over 10 minutes at the window when I saw other lanes were coming and going, I called for assistance. The teller who came on, was not the original teller. She was rude at best and actually raised her voice at me. When my transactions were finally sent out the deposit was done but no deposit slips and the change was mostly in small bills. This is not the first time it had a problem in a shoe repairs Texans to restrict over the tellers are not sufficiently trained, and are now reacting in a rude manner. I have been SunTrust customer sincerely 90s however, I am now considering closing this account I’m going to another bank. Poor service is bad enough, but I will not be true, and the roof matter wrong if you buy a bank employee"
"I recently visited Mt Dora to house sit. While there I lost my wallet. Drivers license, bank cards, some cash, insurance cards. The usual stuff. I went to this branch and with very professional steps but not any hassle, I was able to withdraw money from a savings account. I back traced my steps the next day and found my wallet in the mgrs office at a store I had visited. The staff at the bank did everything they could to help me with this scary situation. I love Truist. I have been with Suntrust since maybe 2005. They have always been the friendliest and most helpful group of professionals in any business I have known. You can feel safe and comfortable with this bank."
