"Good luck getting a hold of anyone here. Left a voicemail, texted as the voicemail instructed, and tried online. No response whatsoever. Luckily, Ft. Myers has a lot of bakeries who actually communicate. Go to one of them, not here. EDIT: I tried for weeks to contact this business, with no response. A simple "sorry we're booked" takes less than a minute. The fact that the owner responded to a bad review in less than 30 minutes of being posted is further consolation that this business had the ability to respond to the numerous attempts at teaching them. They simply chose not to."

"I ordered a cake on a Monday from Xoxo Cakes for my father's birthday on Wednesday. They did a great job with the concept I gave them and my dad said it was the best birthday cake he'd ever had. It was also incredibly beautiful and worth the price. And since I don't live nearby, I really appreciated the delivery option. Great job, Xoxo Cakes!!"

"Horrible experience. The communication between the designer and her employees is awful and she never answers her phone or is ever around for any questions or cake tastings. I really don’t recommend this place for something so important as your wedding day. The bride and groom live out of town so I was in charge of doing the cake tasting for them as their maid of honor. I had deposited everything and chosen everything on the first week of November and the bride and groom flew in unexpectedly the second week of November. I asked them if they could come in and do a tasting in case they wanted to make changes. They did end up wanting to make changes and the designer (which never showed up for any of the tastings) called me after super upset and yelling at me that she couldn’t make changes and that we needed to make our minds when the cake is due for the 22 of January. She was very rude and disrespectful. We were also told that the delivery and flavors were included in the final price (that they did lower for us) but she threw in our faces that we were lucky that she was giving us the delivery for free, when we were told by her assistant that it was included! Very unprofessional...."
