"I do NOT recommend this store! My Husband and son went on 1/6/24 around 5:30ish PM. They were there a few minutes and the gentleman working told them they had to leave he had to take the trash out. So he kicked them out and locked the store. To the individual working, you could have waited and taken the trash out on your way out. I have 3 boys whose gaming is their world. That 1 sale probably would have turned into 2 more sales. According to the store site, they are supposed to be open until 9 PM. My son waited all day for his Dad to take him so he could spend his gift card."

"I called the store and spoke to the store mannager explained i have 3 consoles to trade in for two ps5. She said come in. I went into the store and the store manager said she didn't have time to do a trade in while she wasn't helping any customers. I had to goto the pinellas park store who gave excellent customer service. Since the manager doesn't have time to do her job don't waste time going to this location. It's a waste of space."

"I was going to give a 1 Star until I spoke to the Manager today (11/15/2023). The manager was nice but the altercation that caused me to go in and talk to her I'm still irritated about. I went in around 3:30pm and there is 1 associate there with at least 8 people throughout the store. The associates name was Darim. He was standing behind the counter BACK TO THE STORE ignoring everyone. I stood there at the counter for several minutes before saying excuse me sir. He turned looked at me and just said What? I asked if there was any black xbox controllers in stock (the store is currently being rearranged) He looks at the wall in front of him says No then goes back to ignoring me. I decide I'll look around as the store is changing up and I find what I'm looking for. I go back to the counter and wait He looks at me and I ask can I get the black xbox controller on the wall. This guy acts like I'm bothering him and I'm the jerk. This guy was rude to every single customer I saw him interact with while I was there. Gamestop needs to fire Darim with how he treated a store full of customers."

"By far the WORST GameStop I’ve ever been to. Employee didn’t even acknowledge that I was at the counter, and just stared at his computer. Since it’s so small their selection sucks too. I will never go back to this GameStop. The one in Pinellas Park is way better!"
