"Walked in the branch at 5:08pm to ask a question about an account, two people taking care of customers, one of them spoke Spanish, I could clearly hear the conversation for the next 45 minutes It was most about personal business than business itself, the other person was also speaking a lot about their personal staff Although I understand the connection between customers and representatives if there is minimum personnel, one should keep their personal discussions to a minimum.
