"Horrible to loan with an external bank. They don't allow you to pay online to principal with an external bank, so you're constantly screwed over with online fees + interest. Had a very rude woman basically yell at me when I was trying to figure out how to pay off the rest of my loan and she was poorly explaining it. Bad bank. Do not trust with your loan."
