"Rude, insulting and useless staff. Asked for bank card they told me immediately they can't only to later say they might have a way when I was gonna go to another bank. I just wanted to use boa so I deposited. Staff said would help only to insult me and mess up what I was already doing then blamed me. Even the staff member's send off was disgustingly rude. These are the worst people."

They answered all my questions and even asked me what was important to me financially. "I had a disappointing experience at Bank of America. Despite no visible line, I waited alone in the lobby for about 10 minutes. When the manager finally approached, there was no warmth in her greeting. After explaining my needs, she instructed me to sit without taking my name or registering me. Another 10-minute wait ensued until a staff member with an iPad mentioned a 20-minute wait. Slow service and a lack of courtesy left me with a negative impression of their customer service."
