Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"The 3 stars are for... No Drive-thru Reduced hours (M-F) 10-4 and (Sat) 10-2 Always short staffed Depending on who helps you the customer service ranges from bad to excellent. My accounts were closed after 25 years but that was not the fault of this branch or it's representatives. If I didn't have a monthly transaction with BOA I would never go into one. However I have to say that I have had the most positive experience at this branch more so then any other I've been to."

"I went here earlier today because of an issue with my credit card that couldn’t be resolved over the phone with customer service. Zachary was extremely helpful in getting it fixed quickly. So far the most efficient experience I’ve had getting anything done at a bank."

"This bank is only 10-4, horrible hours. We find that we wait on hold 40 min. and when you call the branch you can not get help from a business banker or a personal banker. This bank is not suitable for small business banking. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"The bank hours are 10-4. Not conducive to small business that are open prior to the bank. Typically one teller is working with a line 6 people deep or more. The bank makes money hand over fist, hire more people and pay them properly so they stay. Do better Bank of America!"
