"What a bad experience, it’s unbelievable the lack of respect between coworkers specially the Branch Manager(Sthepan J Desroches) . I just wanted to open a business account( We do have a checking account) supposedly the guy I think Santiago was trying to help us and this person came in out of no where asked the guy if he followed an unknown procedure in a very rude way, he even raise his voice and rolled his eyes on his way out, all that in from of us without a razonable explanation. Honestly I can definitely go to a different entity and open my business account, but I want to leave the review more for the poor guy being called in such a bad way in from of us. I found that very out of context and if wells Fargo Branch managers are treating their coworkers that way , what can I expect to myself. I really hope someone from coorporate take their time to address this issue and do something about it. In the other side, I felt discriminated bc he assumed I was Cuban without even asking us directly and that goes with new regulations which I would be more that happy to assist however he didn’t even asked. I have a Wow in my month at this time WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . Please do something about it an show more respect to your coworkers and your community. Thank you in advance for your cooperation regarding this matter."

"Horrible and completely unprofessional service. We arrived there for a 2pm appointment, and there was no one to greet us upon arrival and to assist us. After looking around, we realized there was a lady with an ipad/tablet sitting in one of the couches where customers wait, talking to a gentleman, We saw her WF badge (Sara Leiva) and walked towards her, expecting that she would ask us how we could be helped, since she said nothing, we approached and explained that we had an appointment. She stated that we would have to wait because she was all alone, and that there were only two bankers, but the other one was out to lunch, so she would have to wait for her colleague to come back for either of them to take care of us. It was 2:15pm, and we were still waiting, so we asked her again, and she said her colleague should come back anytime soon. My husband asked her why they provided an appointment for 2pm if there was no representative available to assist and honor the appointment time, and she responded: "You have to understand, things happen, when she gets here you will be assisted". If this is the type of service you provide to your customers, how are we going to trust WF to take care of our banking needs? The worst part is that she acted like this was something normal and acceptable as customer service, that we have to wait for their lunch time during our appointment, waisting the customers' time that seems no valuable for them at all. We ended up leaving the place with no service provided."
"Horrible experience!. We arrived at 11:15 am for an 11:30 apoinment after a week waiting because they were not available before. The manager Sr Stephen, met with us at the door immediately to check our documents. The banker MrJulio Cabrera met with us 20 minutes late. He explained us he is going to verify some personal information ( SS,names ets) He also asked for my husband passport. According to their records we are US residents and they recently noticed we became citizens. It was almost 5 years before. My husband offer to get our missing document , we can do it less than 5 minutes, we live close. while he complete a phone call he need to do to verify our information. He said it was not possible because the facility door it was close already. My husband felt pretty dissapointed and left the office. I kept talking to Mr. Cabrera about a deadline we have for the next Monday , we were waiting a week for the appoinment due to no appointments available and 20 minutes for him. He did not accept. By that time I abandoned the facility at 12:02 approximately. My husband was already outside with his passport on hand. I showed the document to the manager who was inside the office. He was just nodding his head refusing our request . Finally, I aborded him outside, while he talked to a client. He was listening but offered to come on Monday to complete the update. Clients and bankers inside the office yet, 12:08 am. We could wait for them We accepted they realized our immigration status change almost 5 years late. However, they were not be able to be flexible for 2 minutes because the bank office is already closed at 12 oclock.. Keep you money far from WF. They don't care about our time."
