She was able to take my issues and resolve them, I have trouble sleeping because of chemo related issues and her recommendation definitely worked! I actually slept! I'm talking real sleep too!! "Decided to stop by here today after their competitor screwed my order for the 100th time. I can't say enough good things about this location. From the moment you walk in you're greeted by someone who doesn't seem to hate their life or job. That's rare these days in itself. Moving along... after being greeted! I wasn't there even 5 mins before I was taken to the back to pick my things up. Jacqueline was amazing the entire time and so informative. Even added a nice size discount and told me about more to come for future visits. I told her what a great job she was doing today! They now have a customer in me for life, if the service is always like this! Every employee I encountered today, which had to be 3 or 4 projected a welcoming demeanor! Keep in mind it's a rainy Sunday today no one wants to be at work. Even so they're doing an amazing job regardless. If you're tired of you know who screwing up your orders.
