"I DO NOT recommend this florist. The flowers were old and this expensive arrangement only lasted two days! I sent an email to notify them without any response."
"I received flowers and chocolates For my birthday. First of all, they were not even delivered on the day they were supposed to be delivered. Half of the roses were dead within 48 hours of arrival. Several of my chocolates were melted. When I called them, they told me they could do nothing for me and told me to call 1-800 Flowers. They are not even associated with them so they had no idea why I called them. Glamour flowers takes no responsibility for the quality of the product. And they had the audacity to refer me to an unassociated party."
"I placed and order through Teleflora for some flowers to be delivered to my boyfriend yesterday and I was worried because I have never ordered flowers before. I got a call and Glamour Flowers was my florist and they were checking in to make sure if it was a gated community and if I could call them into the gate, which I did without an issue. I was driving when they called so I actually had to call back to verify the name of the shop, they were very kind and repeated it back to me. The flowers came later in the afternoon the day I set for them to be delivered which was perfect. They got to their destination safe and sound and they are beautiful! Thank you so much for making my first experience with a floral delivery so easy and perfect."
