"Ordered and arrangement for my wife5 days in advance and it didn’t show up until 4:13 pm after my wife left work and the excuse I got was that we deliver the schools first and we don’t guarantee times of delivery. To make it worse I called at 1:28 and put her phone number in and it said it was delivered. I didn’t understand why my wife didn’t call to say something. I know understand it’s because they don’t guarantee a time for delivery. I can guarantee one thing, that will be the last time I order from them since they can’t guarantee that someone can get something in a timely manner at work."

"Please don’t get Wellington location mixed up with the one in west Palm beach. Every year I place my order for each of my kid’s Birthday in the Wellington location and they have always done a fantastic job! This year I don’t know how my order got sent to the west Palm beach location but it was the worst experience I ever had. They never delivered my order, no answer when I would call and never would return messages. I called customer service and still no help. When I called the Wellington location and told the lady I believe her name was Sue, she was very empathetic to my situation and everyone went above and beyond to get that order delivered to my son that same day and on top of that have me a discount! I love the Wellington location, they have never let me down! The only reason they get any bad reviews is because people get this location mixed up with the one in west Palm beach. If you ever want a reliable delivery service that make beautiful and delicious arrangements choose the edible arrangements in Wellington."

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I wouldn’t even give it one star but felt I had to give a review. I don’t usually go out of my way to write bad reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience so others won’t have to go through the same. I ordered a 44 dollar fruit and cheesecake arrangement for my bosses birthday to be delivered the following day. I received a confirmation email that the order was received and will be delivered as requested. I checked my inbox throughout the next day and there were no updates (I was able to track with order number). By 6 o’clock pm I was getting worried so I called the shop and was sent to voice mail. But I checked the tracking and at this time it said my order was en route. I failed to reach anyone the day and night the order was suppose to be delivered so I called the store the following day and felt surely I would be heard and be refunded since the order wasn’t delivered. The manager told me I wasn’t going to receive a refund because the recipient wasn’t home and it was somehow my fault. I informed him I received no email, no call and neither did the recipient. Why do they request the contact information of the person they will deliver to? The store made zero attempt at contacting me and to make matters worse, no apology, no refund and I was hung up on. This has got to be the worst customer service ever."
