"My mom who is an older woman came in and saw Cory for help with 2 fans. She asked for specific things and being she's older and has an english barrier he didn't inform her that if the fans didn't work out, she wouldn't be refunded completely. Really disappointed as a small business owner myself that Cory was completely rude and unprofessional to my mom and took 25% of each fan she needed to return. The fans were not what she expected and he told her that she must have installed them incorrectly because they were noisy. It is unfortunate that my mom would have a better experience at a big box store than a small business like Dans Fan city. My mom nor I will ever be going here again with the lack of professionalism they have at this store."

"Dan's fans came recommended by a friend and Corey was great to work with. We ordered two 84" fans (one for outside, one for great room). Both looked amazing and very stylish. People compliment them regularly. We also ordered two 54" fans for bedrooms. All 4 came with remotes and supported LED bulbs. Price was great and installation was very smooth. You can't beat the lifetime warranty and 10 year on the outdoor one. You can try your luck at Home depot/Lowes but they won't last. Buy at Dans!"
