"The absolute worst Store around. They specialize in inconveniencing their customers. The place is unorganized and guaranteed to have half of what you need. A lot of the merchandise is now locked up and you will have to wander the store looking for a disinterested employee to unlock it. Then the fun begins when you get to the checkout. You can expect long lines and most of the registers will be closed. You can forget about quickly going through the self checkout. Most of those lanes will also be closed and the ones that are open will have an employee waiting there to scan the merchandise for you. Expect to spend half of your day there. I would give my kingdom for a Lowe’s nearby."

"This Depot is smaller than what I am used to. The store does have a good staff. They are approachable and helpful. I was impressed with the place. The store is a little hidden. It is towards the back, behind the gas station. The parking lot is smaller and the store is always busy. It is a place worth checking out. It is going to be my new go-to store. The Christmas display was cute. They had a good-sized one. The artificial trees lit up all looked so pretty. I can't believe how expensive they have gotten. They had another nice display of Christmas figurines. The type you press a button and they move. I enjoyed this display the best."

"Home Depot is a mess in general. No cashiers and the self checkout is problematic. Only card transactions and in some stores you are not allowed to ring your items. Yes, a self check out where an employee rings you. Big lines and the prices are no bargains to justify this lack of customer service. Home Depot is focusing on retail theft and worrying only about shrink. They should also focus on the customer and how to improve their experience instead of making shopping a hassle. I am glad for one thing. I don’t own any Home Depot stocks. Enough said."

"I was recently buying some tools to repair my kitchen and shower in my house since I am in the middle of remodeling and unfortunately I had a terrible experience with an employee of this store. His name is JC, when I approached him to ask him what would be the correct tools to change the shower, instead of trying to help me or guide me, what he did was yell at me and tell me if you need something with an aggressive way, and I repeated it 3 times that I needed to show him something in the shower section since it was my first time repairing it. instead of giving me a good service what he did was for a lousy and aggressive attitude, really a totally negative behavior. unfortunately this employee should be penalized for his attitude towards customers. Especially if a recently I spend over a 700 dolares, and looking to do more."

"I always try to avoid Home Depot at all costs, but I needed to pick up something that was in stock at this store. I figured it would be a quick trip… I was wrong. I found myself walking the aisles with no one available to help. The store is dirty and unorganized. After 20 minutes of looking like a deer caught in headlights, I finally found the part I was looking for and of course, it was the last one, the package was open, and obviously, someone’s return. Total waste of time."
