"Worst customer service ever, might even be racist (giving them the benefit of the doubt and writing off as coincidental, though). Was never serviced, the two men in the banking service center were the worst. Everyone was complaining about the service and long wait time, and they’re laughing in the back. Definitely need to re-evaluate the workers, or the bank standard operation. 1 teller & 2 bank representatives who don’t even call the next guest or ask how they can help."

"My husband and I went today to this bank to open a CD account. We waited almost one hour, while the workers chatted and laughed with the costumers. We were ignored by the manager, first he said someone will be with us in 20 minutes, it never happened, we had to leave to work, wasted one hour for nothing. This bank should be close down, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, even clients with Business accounts for over 20 years are IGNORED AND MISTREATED AT THIS BANK.! We are seriously thinking in changing bank ASAP!!! Don’t go there!!! Short staff, and very rude “ Manager”."
