"Honestly, the worst I dislike that my husband had his account here. One teller that basically can only do withdrawals and deposits. Needed to do a wire so then after waiting in line for 10 mins was told I need to sit and wait. Meanwhile you can hear the manger talking so rudely to a customer in her office so loudly. I’m not sure if other locations are better but here is horrible. Expect to be here for 30 mins or more. It’s also a Tuesday at 1pm"

"One of the few Banks that require beneficiary social security numbers. Most banks just require the name and the birthday of the beneficiary not the social security number. But you won't know that until you complete the application in the lobby so it was kind of a waste of a good 15 minutes before I left. Other than an IRA that really is no reason to require social security numbers of a beneficiary but oh well it was their loss. There are plenty of Banks and credit Unions that don't require it. First horizon Chase Wells Fargo and BOA - none of them require beneficiary SSN. None of the local credit Unions require it either. A silly and very insecure way of doing business that obviously has nothing to do with the feds since so many other Banks don't require it"

"I will never bank with this banking company again. I can't believe the aggravation, just to pay off my mortgage. Never someone available, there so short of staff, it's pathetic. I'm struggling to keep calm, and I'm trying to give them money. This has not been easy to say the least. Once I'm paid off, I will try to never bank with them again"

"Absolutely horrible customer service. Waited for 10 minutes to be acknowledged, then after 10 more minutes told that no banker is available to assist me. This is at 2pm on a Friday and the bank closes at 6pm. There were 3 bankers onsite. Unacceptable. Was going to to try them to get their promotion offer, but now this is the last bank I'll ever do business with."

"I have been coming to this branch location for 5 years, mostly using the drive-through. When I come inside Richard is the banker I always work with. He is very professional and always communicates well with me and my wife."
