"Paula, the store manager was welcoming and provided me with a great customer service experience. She helped me picked a holiday gift I was looking for, and she was very attentive to the details I gave her. The shopping experience was great! I will be returning to the store soon."

"I walked in today to buy a necklace for my mother’s Christmas present. I knew exactly what she wanted so I found the necklace and was standing in front of the display waiting for someone to assist me. I noticed the store was a bit busy when I walked in so I wasn’t bother when no one had asked me for help as there were only two people working. After maybe 5 mins, people started leaving and I noticed the older associate was done with her client and didn’t really acknowledge me but was asking everyone around me if they needed help. I thought I was over reacting at first but it happened again as I was still standing there waiting. It wasn’t until a woman walked into the store that I guess the associate knew by name and started immediately helping her and asking her what she was looking for. I’m pretty much shocked at this point because the new client is standing right in front of me but the associate still had not bothered to give me the time of day. I had a feeling that I wasn’t being helped because I was dressed very casually and look a little young, so it might have not seemed like I was actually looking to buy something (obviously not the case). I ended up taking the necklace and going to the register as the younger associate, Johanna, was done ringing someone up. I explained to her what happened and was honestly upset as I just wanted to purchase the necklace and leave. I had been hesitant about even saying anything as I am not really someone who usually complains. She was actually very sweet, expressed how sorry she was and very helpful in the purchasing process. I ended up finding out that the person who ignored me was the manager (tall woman with dark hair) which was disappointing to hear as she should be setting an example for her employees. I honestly think she should be learning from Johanna how to treat customers and giving them a great shopping experience at your store."

"I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to the Pembroke Gardens Swarovski store. I was greeeted by a nice young lady named Johanna. She was very sweet and helpful. I wasn’t planning on buying anything but ended up buying a whole entire set with a bracelet, ring and earrings. Johanna was very attentive and answered all the questions I had. Would recommend to anyone. Will return back soon."

"First and foremost, the selection at this store was incredible. I’ve never been to a Swarovski store with such a great selection of high demand pieces. Beyond this, the representative, Kal, was very friendly, intuitive, and knowledgeable on the inventory. All my questions were answered and he gave recommendations that were in the same realm of the piece I had my eyes on. Such a wonderful shopping experience that you don’t get to have the pleasure of everywhere else. Will definitely make this my go to store!"
