"The store has some really cute pieces but BEWARE they do not allow returns on earrings + body jewelry. I wish they would have been upfront about this policy especially since I had purchased the pieces the day before to see what would match my dress. Shop elsewhere that would allow you to return items and that has improved transparency towards customers"

"The jewlery is terrible quality. You are better off buying from Claires. I purchased two sets and have 12 ear piercings and all of them became inflamed and itchy after ONE day of wear. I am usually never allergic to nickel and all my piercings are healed so the material in these earrings are very cheap. I also noticed their piercing station uses butterfly backings. Please do not get pierced here if so, go to a reputable piercer."

"I purchased earrings for an event. Bought them 2/26/23 and by 3/5 they were tarnished and could not be warn to my event. Had to do an overnight shipping on Amazon. Money lost because receipt says earrings cannot be returned. How convenient, I would never purchase from the company Again."

"I brought earrings here a couple days again not worn . End up not bring the earrings I that I thought it would be . Again the Amazon not worn spent over 50 something dollars for them and the manager refused to give me my money back. After her and sales associates seeing that is not worn. They are big thieves, horrible service. Not understanding at all waste of money. I also did not like that the cashier and the manager was speaking Spanish in front of me, but decided to speak English when talking to me. Obviously, I know you’re talking about something that you don’t want me to hear about. That’s very rude and bad customer service. Go somewhere that is willing to help you with your purchase if anything. We definitely work too hard out here to be wasting money on something that’s not worth it. Next time I’ll make better decisions. Please don’t make my mistake. Find a better jeweler."
