"UNPROFESSIONAL staff.. This store is truly a stain on Swarovski’s name. I recently bought a $500 watch from Swarovski online since it was sold out in store, and came twice in person to try to get it adjusted. I was not only told that no one here did watch adjusting, but also that there was no manager in store until the 27th of May (I went the 19th). I was told I needed to go to Aventura mall to get that service. Honestly very disappointed."

She is so knowledgeable about the inventory and is great about helping you find just the right thing. I actually shop at that store just because of the excellent service that Maria offers.
