"The staff is so kind and professional, especially to their shorter (and usually) no paying customers. This is my daughters favorite store so needless to say whenever she's in there she is overjoyed and wants to touch everything! so much so that when she was in there a few days ago with a friend of hers that she broke a small item. I insisted on paying and my daughter was apologetic!. However, the manager was so sweet and compassionate about the whole matter!! Especially when she could have taken a very different and authoritative position and simply asked us to leave or "properly" supervise my daughter and her friend. I was so moved and grateful for this act of kindness. In some way, by showing her this gentle lesson, she truly exercised her true power and authority as well as a loyal customer!! THANK YOU BRIT!!!"
