The owner Andy seemed to be in a rush and not personable. His wife Tracey stated he would be with me after the only other customer in the store was done, and after speaking with him for a brief time, he then devoted his attention towards customers who just walked in. I was then told I will be followed up within 1-2 days with options and that has yet to happen. Felt very transactional and not amiable."

I was greeted immediately by Andrew who was kind and let me into his office after telling him what I needed.
