"I would give -1 if negative stars were available. Brought my Seiko watch for battery replacement which didn’t work: they blamed each other among store employees after making me go back and forth 3 times. No warranty on the work and they refused to return money paid. Spent 25 dollars for a useless battery. My peace of mind is priceless so I decided to let it go but be warned: don’t waste your time; this store is a cave of thugs."
