"I visited this store and enjoyed shopping there. Today I went the stock was limited the store was a mess and dirty. I needed to use the restroom and was shocked of the condition of the ladies room. I told the ladies that worked there that I could not believe that they would even use it. What happen here are you closing or is there a new manager that has no idea how to do there job. Will not come back again."
"Truly and unprofessional manager and staff! I looked for a cashier to finally show up amd when shs did i went back on line and waited for over 20 minutes for her to try and ring up tbree people with one item! I left my item and walked out. I called Chrissy the manager who conveyed that she thibks her cashier is so nice! Makinf excuses for her and her lack of being abld to do her job. Being nice doesnt mean you are doing your job properly! I will bw calling corporate to discuss both personal!"

"I've never been here before but came to get a gift card for a birthday. First thing through the door was a Halloween clearance display where everything was 70% off. Only one item jumped out at me, a rather large, rainbow metallic Unicorn Skull. There was no price tag, it was the only one and I wasn't leaving without it. My bedroom is like a sci-fi, horror and fantasy museum and this Unicorn Skull needed a home in my home. I went to the cashier with the coveted treasure in hand, picked out the gift card, told her how much it was to be for and inquired about the price of the amazing object I carefully placed on the counter. She was very nice and after speaking with half a dozen people in person and on the phone and looking up several things on electronics, she told me it was on sale for eight dollars and change. SOLD! I said, probably a bit too loudly as it prompted a grin from her. I think my excitement was obvious. I paid for my purchases and headed home. The skull looks amazing! Oh, and the gift card was appreciated! I will have to make a point of checking out Joann Fabric again around next Halloween! There are treasures to be found here!"
