"I always enjoy walking around Michael's even if I don't purchase anything. You get a lot of ideas that maybe you wouldn't have thought of. Their prices are pretty competitive considering the good quality of their stock."

"Other than the store being decked out in Christmas decorations, items, and other essentials for the Christmas holiday when Thanksgiving hasn't arrived is crazy.....But outside of my personal opinion subjective to my perspective, I love Michael's. I get lost in the aisles because of all the cool stuff to buy and make crafts or when surfing social media and the vines or reels demonstrate a cool craft, I head to Michael's to get the goods needed, then attempt the craft. The videos online make it look easy, Michael's helps with the ease of the craft, fortunately, Michael's is close as I frequent the store multiple times if attempting a craft because I usually mess up the first go-round. As far as customer service 5 out of 5; as far as cost of goods sold, I would say Michael's is fairly priced and the options or brands and selections are abundant. Long story short, I love the place!"

"Great experience everytime we visit. The staff are knowledgeable and anxious to help. The store is always clean and organized. Someone needs to get the landlord to check out the support beam right in front of the front door. The gutter is leaking and rusting the support. It won't last forever."
