"Needed to withdraw some cash Tuesday and met the smartest most efficient, highly professional and personable representative of this bank I’ve ever met and that’s saying something because I’ve had many good experiences but Amanda W at Fern Park took care of my business while also informing me of other accounts including CD rates that I might be interested in. I didn’t have the time then but went back Wednesday to explore those options. I was happy she was there to take care of it all and quickly. Better money market account better savings account and invested in 2 CDs one for 6 and other for 9 months. I could go on but you need to know she was exceptional. Thx Amanda W"
