"This is the greatest bank and / or credit union I've ever utilized. They have a personal relationship with their customers, taylored to your needs and are always discreet when you have anyone with you and/or there's another customer within ear shot . Personally I like this in terms of social comfort but also security with your information. I've never ever had a financial error or a lack of credit applied in the appropriate account etc They're always clean , polite and respectful in any location I utilized . They always have spotless well supplied restroom. The entire credit union is handicapped accessed easily. My favorite branch is the Atlantic Blvd. branch. They have 24 he. deposit capability which is nice too. The staff on Atlantic Blvd. Is number one and. that includes lent tellers from other branches and past tellers. The dependability and great service at Alive is without question!! Thanks!!! Karen Morente, GLYNLEA lead and. Jacksonville Neighborhoods Dept. Volunteer in Duval County, Fla."
"Always pleasant and helpful. Easy to get in and out"
"I just opened an account on Tues and I've decided to close it. While I thought it would be better to have a local account, it actually was a bad idea. On Thur, I deposited a check where I was informed that it would be a 2 day hold. When I left the bank, I called the bank to see if the hold could be removed. The rep said they were about to close and to call back tomorrow. I call on Fri to be informed that because my account was new and the type of check that I would have to wait 5 business days in order for my funds to be released. I'm floored because the bank teller said 2 days. The rep offered to speak to a supervisor and the rep left a voicemail that said the hold would stand. I would never knowingly give someone permission to hold my funds for 1 week. I was told two days and that was considered acceptable. To add insult to injury I called back after hearing the voicemail and was left on hold for an extended amount of time and then cold transferred to a line that dropped my call. I clearly was drained at that point and decided to not deal with issue anymore that day. If this is how the beginning of the relationship will be, it can only get worse. The sad thing is I chose this bank because the two tellers I experienced were very helpful and patient during my issue with shared banking. Very disappointing!"
"Unprofessional and deceptive. Run from this place!"
