"WOW! A central vac system is new to us, and Deidre was amazing! We needed parts to extend the lines, and she was so great to work with. Extreme product knowledge, the BEST customer service, I wish all of our vendors were this easy to get along with and accurate with knowing what we need. I have a hard enough time with vendors packaging the wrong item when we order it correctly. The entire process was great start to finish. I even spoke to her again today to order more parts, and she was just as knowledgeable helping decipher what was needed via picture and just as friendly."

I even had a phone conversation with the company-owner who took the time to explain why the ~$1,200.00 SEBO D4 unit, I wanted to purchase, was the wrong machine for my needs. He was absolutely correct ... I purchased a 'SOFT-CLEAN' unit, for much less money, that has proven to be EXACTLY the right vacuum for my new carpet. Pretty impressive!"
