"I bought a fridge from them in August, and it started having ice in the back shortly after. They came out to repair it, but charged me $80 for the repair, (when they sold me a fridge that was defective just under 3 months ago.) Since then, I have been calling and texting with no response. I am out $880 and have 1 baby and a toddler. Food and milk are constantly going bad. What a sad situation for trying to support a small business. I absolutely want my money back so I can go to a real place and buy a fridge that works!"
