"This company deserves a lawsuit not a star. They won't even come to your business without a credit card on file. They never leave an invoice so you don't know the cost until you see your credit card statement. I called them for a call back on a freezer that they had charged me over 1000.00 to fix. It was still having the same problem. I told the dispatcher I would not pay them any more money and I just wanted them to fix what they charged me for. The tech wound up fixing other problems that I never asked him to fix and charged me over 2000.00. Needless to say I am disputing the charge and will never use this company again."

"Stay away from this company at all costs or it will cost you! They are not upfront and honest about service times, repair costs and consistently have issues with parts. They also do not come on time, if they come at all and make excuses or outright lie about why they don’t have the parts, arrive on time or fail to come. They even broke a piece of equipment (caused a fire) and attempted to blame the on site staff until camera evidence proved otherwise. We have had consistent issues with them as have our partners and neighboring businesses. Hence the reason why we have moved on to other companies for service. This company is not reliable or trustworthy at all."
