"Do it yourself a favor and look for a trust worthy retailer but BransSmart USA. I live in Ohio, and I bought a 85-inch TV from BrandSmart USA during Black Friday. The TV was delivered by some shipping company that works with BrandSmart USA. Turns out the TV came with an LCD broken panel. I have been trying to obtain a satisfactory answer from BrandSmart USA. Their customer service is awful. I received an email telling me they are working with their shipping department. BrandSmart opened an claim with the shipping company (SAIA Freight). I called that company, and they told me it can take weeks for this claim to be resolved. In the meantime, I am stuck with a broken TV without any clarity of how I am going to get my money back!! Do not ever buy anything from BrandSmart. I have read a lot of reviews of people having very similar experience. They offer you good deals but they send you defective products while cashing from your business. Stay away!!!"

"Worst customer service. Worst warranty policy. Don’t buy from them. We got a TV a year ago and it just stopped working. Technical support came 1 week after the claim was filed. The technician spent 2 minutes at the TV while having a private phone call. A piece has to be ordered. That can take up to 2 weeks. Instead of support we as the customer have to make phone calls and we were not informed that the coverage was provided by another company and not Brandsmart. The manager at the store was rude, said that he will get back to us in less than 22 hours, one day went by and I drove again to the store, the manager while listening to my complaint, spent the whole conversation looking at the TV behind me. How can these people be so ignorant about service to the client is beyond any comprehension. We bought a TV, washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher over the last 18 months, over a total of $15,000. Obviously this company does not care about serving the client, just getting their money. The only employee with common sense and trying to serve was William at brandsmart headquarters. That’s where I ended up going as neither calls nor visiting the store solved my issues. Needless to say that for each technician visit I have to take a day off work. Brandsmart just wastes your time and as an existing customer your are worth nothing."

"I bought a large Sony TV from Dania Beach BrandsMart. My salesman Ed was great. He located the last one they had at the warehouse, contacted me quickly, and delivered to me in a couple days. He was very attentive, and made it all go smoothly. Nice job on this, Ed, thanks. And thanks also to Nelson for his part!!"

"Ordered a washer for pick online on Sunday. Came to pick up washer Monday after I have received email on Sunday at 1:45pm that it was ready for pick. Showed up at 2:20pm to pick up washer to be told it wasn’t available that it arrived on the truck that arrived with at the same time to unload. It is 4:50pm and still no washer insight. This store has no care for its customers or there time. Better yet good luck contacting a manager or higher management they will give you there store number but no one else’s. In other words they want there complaints kept in house and no resolution!"

"Clean store and plenty of help. Max at appliances showed us a lot of different models, all the features each one of them had and the difference between them. He knows what he is selling (ironically a rare quality among sales reps these days). Max also sent me the links for a few rebates for our fridge. His service was so on point that 2 days later we went back and bought an oven too. Thank you."
