"We purchased a refrigerator which was only from 2012 for $200 it looked like it was in very good condition but when we got it delivered we went away for a few days when we came back every time we open the refrigerator on the bottom and close the door the freezer door would open up found out that the seal on it wasn’t properly Fitting which my husband adjusted and wasn’t a big deal. A few weeks after we’ve had the refrigerator the freezer door is starting to rust on the outside and everything that I put in the door of the refrigerator freezes up, my husband has adjusted the refrigerator so many times and it still freezes anything that is in the door . I’ve sent this company an email with no response I’ve also called them and left messages with no response. I’ve seen a few nice reviews which I’m sure it’s all valid but trust me this company is not reputable at all and very unprofessional without any phone calls back I’m out $200 so please be aware. I think they fix these refrigerators to a point that they’ll only last a couple months which that’s all they warrantee it for is three months . So buyer beware. I’m also going to contact the Better Business Bureau and see if there’s been any complaints with these people I don’t want anyone else to go through this. I wouldn’t even give them a one star but I had to give them something in order to post this review again, please be aware there’s other places out there . I’m sure many of these reviews that have been given the great reviews are friends or family members please be aware look at the bad reviews they will not stand behind their products,"

"Paid $465 for a fridge. It comes with a 6 month warranty. 5 months and 3 weeks into it, it breaks. They tried to replace it with a fridge that was older and missing pieces. I refused. They had my fridge for a month and said they "fixed" it. The next day the ice maker stopped working. This place is a joke. Their customer service is non-exsistant. After they get your money you're pretty much dead to them. NO help from them if there is a problem. All they'll do is replace your nice stuff with junk. Almost seems like a bait and switch. I had 7 days left on my warranty when they took mine for repairs. Once they brought it back, it stopped working again a day later. They refused to honor it. Did I mention the customer service SUCKS!?!?"
