"I had an issue ordering a ring online. Unfortunately, the ring did not match the description that was online. Customer service via text and on the phone was limited and not very helpful. I arrived at the store, and Jim helped me and he was phenomenal. He was able to help me sort everything out, put eyes on the piece of jewelry that I Bought, and it was exactly what I wanted. He was able to walk me through everything as well as sending the ring out and getting it sized. He definitely made the difference in my shopping experience with this ring."
