Let’s just say value pawn is the place to go for great deals and for your money to matter. I’d advise Eric and Kyrsten to anyone coming inside to shop. Customer service was impressive and warming."

"This pawn shop is awful, hate that I ever did business with them. They are liable to lose or break your items, and when you try to rectify the situation, they just make up lies to get you out the door and meet you with so much hostility. Every time I came into this location, someone was reporting that items were missing or broken, has happened to me 3 different times. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE."

"Christina at the Edgewood store was such a professional. I cannot say enough nice things about her. She looked up my MacBook and told me what she can give me. We agreed and I left. I want to start out by saying I went to the university store and and dealt with a young lady (I do not know her name, but she was dressed like a male). Anyway, she had me do a hard reset which I did not need to do, as the other store let me know what I did not have to go through with that process. It took me an hour and a half and I sat in the store politely. I told her from the beginning I was trying to get $250. And that it was a loaner not for sale. But she kept trying to get me to sell it. After the hour and a half she immediately said she could only give me $200. I politely left the store because I'm not confrontational. But I felt like on so many levels that was wrong. Especially on a professional level,to waste my time is foul . She had me hang out in their store for an hour and a half only to change the offer. I know how difficult it is to find good employees. However, if I was the owner, she would definitely be fired for playing with peoples time. Money we can get back but time we can never! Please train your people like Christina, at the Edgewood location."

"I've bought thousands of dollars of tools for my company from Value Pawn but this location (Michael) was incredibly rude to me as I was shopping. Go to Cash America that's close by instead. Never pawned anything but I've sure been a good customer. Really puzzled because the staff at other Value Pawn locations have been helpful and friendly."
