"The representative Sydl L. there was asking everyone's information on the line without waiting their turn, very personal Information to say the least, I don't think that was very professional as everyone should wait their turn and she could have shown the information on the screen and asked customers, there are many ways to do things, I understand she was the only person working but so unprofessional I have never seen anything like that. Oportun please train your employees what confidentiality is as they obviously don't understand what it is. I truly hope the owner and or the CEO or manager of this business reads this review as Oportun is definitely one of the main reasons there are so many fraud in this state because of their lack of privacy tactics that your employees use. I sure hope something changes in how business is conducted as this is very poor quality and very unprofessional I was not happy at all at how my information was not protected and their lack of conscious that she was not doing anything wrong."
