"I’ve come in a few times because my mom likes the store, but every time I’ve been in it’s a weird vibe. There’s a few nice young black girls who work there that always help me and are incredibly sweet, but there’s a white girl with short dark hair and heavy makeup who's extremely rude. I watched her be polite and helpful to multiple white people, but she never helped me. The one time she did, she was so rude and it honestly felt very racist."

"I usually have such a great experience at this store that's why I keep coming back. However after today I will not be returning due to lack of boundaries and personal space of one of the staff members. I brought my son in with me to the store in his car seat as he's only 3 months old and was napping. My sales girl was great and helped me with Pandora charms for mother's day. However, one of the other sales ladies decided it was ok since my son had woken up to take his toy he was snuggling with from his arms and made him upset while I was trying to check out. She gave it back to him and I finished checking out and left. I cannot believe you would do that invading his personal space without asking the parent and ending up making him upset. I had to wash his wubbie that he hasn't wanted to part with and he's screaming. I do not know where this lady's hands have been and this was a total invasion of personal space and very disrespectful. The other two sales ladies were great and helped me while shopping just like all the other times I've been there and it was great. But this one lady will be the reason I won't be going back. Update: the manager/owner did call me to apologize for the incident. She assured me that this was just a seasonal employee on her first day and that she would be talked to about her boundaries with customers. She also said that this was not ok with what happened. Which I appreciate knowing what I knew before was more of the normal for this store. I will hesitantly give the store another chance as they have been so great in the past."

"I had the absolute best experience with the worker Malisa. I came in to get my bracelets cleaned and she made sure to get that taken care of. I also started browsing for new charms and she showed me some of the new ones. i ended up buying 3 charms i completely love thanks to her! her customer service was also amazing. i cant wait to go back and buy some more charms"
