I had been to another shop nearby and saw the same hat, but no one helped me, and the lady I asked a question about it didn’t have any idea about it, and walked away. The ladies at Naples Soap Co. were very sweet and helpful. I lost my hat, which I had been enjoying. I called the store to get a replacement and JESSICA was incredibly helpful, I really appreciated that she sent pictures of the colors that were available, took my order and is having it shipped to me!
