"These guys are class acts. I honestly don't like shopping for anything because of poor customer service and overly aggressive sales people. But with standard brands it feels like an old school family business were they will do whatever they can to make the customer happy. Will definitely go back again"

"Buyer beware, Purchased what we were told was the “top of the line” Electrolux kitchen appliance set from the owner Scott and salesman Carl. Since we took delivery we have had a miserable experience. The refrigerator was leaking from day one with a cracked waterline inside the refrigerator. Leaked on our brand new wood floors that were replaced from Hurricane Ian. It took over 17 days to fix and repair. The cooktop stove is now broken for the second time in the last three months. We are going on 4+ weeks waiting on a part without being able to cook for our family. Extremely expensive eating out every night! We would just deal with this and wait using the brand new microwave but unfortunately that’s broken as well. Not once since these have been installed and broken has the owner who sold us this garbage called to make right. Don’t be fooled with his line of sincerity because it’s all about the sale with this guy."

"Great experience! We were on our boat at a marina on Christmas Day and realized that the refrigerator was no longer working. We have a very restricted space of it and finding a replacement was a concern. Their website said that they opened at 9, but we called about 8:45 and Bill answered the phone. We told him our situation and the space restrictions that we had. He said let me check and I will call you back. In 5 minutes he called back with two options. The next day before noon they delivered the new fridge and took the old one away. That sounds simple, but we are on a boat. The delivery folks had to lift the units over the rail and through a very small door. They did it and everything is working great. Many thanks to Bill and the delivery crew!"

"We recently bought an over the range microwave at Standard Brands. Our salesman (Drew) was knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. The price was good as the unit we bought was on sale, and in the store. It was delivered and installed the next day by a company hired by Standard Brands. Their team was on time and friendly and skilled. They had the unit installed and functioning perfectly in about 15 minutes. It was an excellent experience all around. I think they have their own installers some days of the week, and they hire out on others."

"We purchased a cooktop when they first opened. The price and service was good. Since then, we made two additional purchases of washer, dryer and pedestals. The dryer needed service, they quickly sent a tech who repaired a factory defect. For large appliances, this store is worth looking into."
