Bill Smith Appliances and Electronics Warehouse

"My dishwasher GE that I purchased at Bill Smith 4+ years ago seemed to have died. I called for service and the charge was $130. The technician said I needed not one but two ‘boards’ for the price of $350.00. I felt that was too much, so I purchased a new Bosch at Lowes for $100. Less than Bull Smith. $899vs $799. After waiting a few days to get the new Bosch installed, the GE turned on ( by itself) . I called to return the Bosch, and tried to call the service manager ( Cindy) at Bill Smith. I wanted my money back …. My wife spoke to her and she ( Cindy) was not v nice. RUDE. I kept trying to reach her several more times to no avail. Service?? I guess they do get away with lousy service and feel they have the right to rip you off. If you see other reviews to include the better business bureau you’ll see similar issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BILL SMITH. and"
