I felt that it was absolutely necessary and owed to take a moment to complement Daniels jewelers and their staff. looking for a custom piece of jewelry and deciding where you’re going to spend your money is not the easiest thing to do. Skeptical of all places that I’ve searched, considering miles, and states separate us. Is concerning to say the least. Initially, I was looking for a Cuban. Until I seen a picture of Daniels Miami, Figaro. I decided to make the decision to purchase a 9 mm, 30 inch, 14 karat Miami, Figaro. From the moment I spoke with the first associate by the name of Melvin. I was confident, not only in the piece that I was purchasing, but the company that I was purchasing the piece from. I was made aware of the lead time , me being an instant gratification type person it was a little difficult, knowing I would have to wait. In the weeks to follow I spoke with Andres, Easy and David himself I found myself calling, making changes and asking for their input on certain alterations to the chain. Their customer service was second to none. They always answer the phone, knowing who they were speaking to you, and never once made me feel like I was a nuisance. Always giving me their attention for the duration of the phone call no matter how long it was. After receiving my piece, which actually came earlier than the original lead time I was more than floored.It was more than I expected more than I wanted the piece itself the craftsmanship that went behind it, was absolutely amazing! I could not be happier! Money well spent and this is a piece that could be passed on to my son, it is an heirloom. In the future if there is any want, for jewelry I know that I don’t need to look any further than Daniels Jewelry Inc. The company and the staff and what they do there truly was a great experience. "I had an awesome experience they answered same day if not the next business day so they were really communicative. And the bracelet that I ordered came in sooner than the expected time so that was awesome. And dang the quality and craftsmanship is up to par just a work of art I can’t stop looking and staring at it and they got me now. Because I want a Cuban chain now to go with the bracelet. "I ordered my 10mm 7 1/4 inch bracelet Mid March. I just got it today...it was a month and a few days. It is truly a work of art ..I couldn't be happier. I had a certain expectation due to all the research I did and who ever made my bracelet exceeded my expectations. Really had no customer service problems..I knew exactly what I wanted.. ordered it ..and wired my money...looks so much better in person than the countless videos I watched...I have a 10mm 24 inch chain being made at DJI right now I can't wait to receive it in a few weeks..its been a life long dream to have some substantial gold jewelry..thanks for helping me live the dream. Update..I received my 24 inch 10mm raised diamond lettering ...diamond button on box lock ...I'm so happy...its perfect...thank the guys for the hard work ..you have some great craftsmanship coming out of your shop I can't stop looking at it. "Lately it's been bothering me so I've been compelled to leave my review a little late . Last year I ordered an 11 mm rose gold Cuban link chain and 14mm bracelet. Both had big beautiful clear diamonds in the Sleek lock. Then I ordered a 12 mm yellow gold chain and 15 mm bracelet and the stones were smaller and of less quality. How do I order a bigger chain and bracelet and get a lesser quality sleek lock? They told me they were going to put bigger stones in it when I sent it back but they did not."
