"I love this branch. Competent, friendly staff. Everyone is always smiling and helpful. They have really stepped up with the Covid crisis. However, since the merger with BB&T to become Truist, issues with the credit card service have emerged. The branch staff, banking sevices, and financial services are still wonderful but the credit card sevice is now deplorable. The branch staff have done everything they can to correct the poor credit card service but corporate has let them down. So use the branch but do not get a SunTust credit card. 5 Stars for the branch but 0 stars for the credit card department."
