"I ordered my grandma flowers for her 90th birthday about sixth months ago. I was checking all day if they had been delivered as my mom was with her visiting. And then it was an hour before Flower Fanatic was closing. So I called to check and they had lost my order in the computer! However, the lady I spoke with was very helpful and got my grandma a beautiful arrangement the same day it was supposed to be delivered. I’m glad I called to check up on it. But I did not hesitate to place another order last night for a Christmas arrangement and I am confident this time it will go smoothly! Highly recommend!"
"After my husband ordered a very specific arrangement with bird of paradise flowers for my birthday, I received a dozen red roses. When I called very politely and asked if they could order some birds of paradise for me, because that was what I wanted and ordered, a woman in the background stated they would not have them in the foreseeable futures, which I find is rude. A competitor close by has them right away."
