"I love the coastland center location! I’ve gone to the coconut and the mercato locations and never received the same customer service. All the girls there make sure I was attended to 24/7, always made sure I was finding everything okay. I’ve been coming to this location for YEARS and will never go anywhere else. Every time I’m there I end up leaving with way more than I intended on buying."

"** BEWARE** I purchased a #Pandora bracelet and 3 charms from this store in mid-September. I was told the bracelet and charms had a 1-year warranty, all I needed was my receipt. This was a gift to my granddaughter for her 16th birthday, so they gave me a gift receipt also which I passed on to my granddaughter. The bracelet broke, when I took the bracelet back I was told by the manager that they had met their quota for repair or replacement from Pandora. I’m trying to wrap my head around this “quota” as the warranty is one year and it’s only been 2 months since I purchase??? The manager suggested I drive to the #Pandora store and have them replace it. Well, I drove to the Mercado #Pandora and the staff and manager there were amazing. I was told there is no such thing as a “quota” from Pandora and that this store (Serendipity) will be CLOSING in two months. After I left the Pandora store at Mercado, I called the manager at Serendipity again and she told me she would exchange bracelet. I told her she was lying about the quota and her store will be closing in 2 months. So, if you are purchasing anything from this store don’t expect to get customer service or warranty since they will GONE in 2 months."
