"Thank you all for doing such a great job!! I have utilized Patterson to service my A/C units for several years now. It is obvious why they have been in business for so many years. They are honest and are really good at what they do... Recently, I had an issue with one of my units, naturally in the middle of the summer. Patterson was my first call for some assistance. As always, they were prompt, courteous, and sent a very knowledgeable technician out to diagnose my problem. They ascertained that the unit was able to be repaired, however due to the age of the system, it made more sense for me to replace the whole unit. Understanding that would be a costly endeavor, they provided me with a temporary fix and encouraged me to research and look around at all of my options. They also helped me understand what made the most sense and didn't try to upsell or push anything that was not needed for my predicament. They asked about likes and dislikes of the old system and deduced that an additional vent should be placed in one of our bedrooms. Naturally, this also made a dramatic difference that I am convinced others probably wouldn't have even asked about. The team that replaced my unit were also top notch individuals!
