"Absolutely horrible service. Friend ftd’d a flower vase to my husband. Day two the flowers were dying. Called them , they said they would redeliver new flowers, never happened. The person that ordered the flowers called them and they said they would redeliver new flowers and pick up the old ones. One week later absolutely nothing. Don’t waste your money!"

"Got the flowers on a Monday. By Thursday night they looked like they were dead. I didn't receive plant food or anything, either. Changed the water daily. I'm posting before and after pics. Husband called and they said the refund policy is 24 hours. For flowers that is not long enough. They told him no. I had to throw them away and they were expensive. What a shame. Giving them two stars instead of one because at least they looked pretty when I got them."
