She knew the delicate nature of the Peace Lily and didn't want to leave it outside in the wind and chilly weather. I cannot thank her enough for taking the time to redeliver the beautiful plant later in the day when the recipient was home. The plant was beautiful and we hope that it bring a small piece of peace to our recipient. THANK YOU."

"I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement over a month in advance. I purchased the picture as advertised on their website which was said to be identical. The other picture is what was delivered, complete different flowers, no orchids and handled roughly. I could’ve picked up $20 dollar flowers from the grocery store and had them look better. I don’t appreciate the misrepresentation on their website. On top of that, instead of delivering and leaving outside the door, they left it with a neighbor even though that wasn’t authorized. Highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. Update: After my mother knew I was upset regarding the arrangement, she took it upon herself to call the florist. They made it right by resending the arrangement the following weekday. I am updating my review to 4 stars since this shouldn’t have occurred to begin with and a voicemail atleast apologizing to me would’ve been appreciated. Pleased with the new floral arrangement and wish this would’ve been the arrangement that was initially delivered so my mother could enjoy on Mother’s Day since it is absolutely beautiful."
