"Outstanding customer service. I had an issue with an arrangement that was not what I requested. Stephanie the owner was quick to respond to my concern and replaced the arrangement with something more in line with what I wanted. As a result I ordered an arrangement for my niece's birthday and it was beautiful! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!! "I had my wedding friday evening… I was so caught up with wedding planning that I didn’t realize I took care of all my bridesmaids bouquets, and all the flowers for the venue— And forgot MY own bouquet! I called friday morning to another florist before I found (Robert Anthony Florist) and they were super rude about it.. I was already stressed and worried that it would be like that for all the florists since it was something so last minute but Stephanie answered the phone and she was THE BEST. So patient, kind and understanding. She reassured me and was super helpful.
