"Husband ordered some flowers from here and went to pick them up. He was told they weren’t done yet because they were waiting for “fresh flowers”. Sadly the bouquet was wilted when he received them and he was told nothing could be done to rectify the situation. That he could take the flowers or leave them but there would be no refund. $70+ for a wilted bouquet and poor customer service."

"I went to Rose Marie shop and she was so nice and kind. We planed my sisters bridal shower. Everything was set up and I felt good about hiring her. On the day of the event she showed 2 hours before the event started. As people were coming in she was setting up. It was a hot mess. I was really upset and asked for my money back. And she didn’t give me my money back. Not only that she got very loud when I asked her to stop setting because the guest were coming she started raising her voice. I would not recommend her to anyone. I wish I read these comments before hiring her."
