"This location is probably the worst in the country. I’ve have used this service a few times and NEVER had an issue. The only reason I used this location is because they were the only location that served the Kissimmee area, which is where I needed it delivered. I ordered it on the 12th for Valentine’s Day. The first one with my new girlfriend and it was ruined by this location. The order status was never updated. I called them on the 14th at 1:53. The employee LIED to me and told me they making the order as we speak. The order was NEVER delivered. I called the store close to 10 times and no one ever answered the phone. UNACCEPTABLE. I called in the morning and I told them to change the address to my house where my girlfriend was. The manager said to come pick it up instead and it would be ready by 3. I didn’t really like this but I accepted it. I go there at 3. Keep in mind there are multiple customers in the location waiting for refunds. The employees up front had no idea what I was talking about. There was a note in the system. The employee looked for my order and it wasn’t completed. When he went to see the manager, I heard her say “What’s wrong now.” They told me it wasn’t even being prepared they think it was pushed back until tomorrow. Horrible service I asked for my refund immediately. The manager never came out the backroom to face the customers. I could run that store with my eyes store. Look at all the 1 star reviews in just the last 3 months. They are playing with people’s money. Alot of Valentine’s Day were ruined. I normally don’t do this but this was a horrible experience as a whole. I don’t understand how they can not answer the phone. The actual storefront is not busy. I expect corporate to reach out to me because of this review. Thank you"

"Poor quality, poor customer service! I’ll make the order one week before you’re supposed to delivery 2/15. The person supposed to receive have to go to the store to pick up the order same day! When she get there, they don’t have anything ready for that day. Everything was incomplete. And everybody there was so rude. Nataly, Jay and Manager Teresa those are their names because she asked them. (I was via call phone with her) I work in customer service and those people who work there have no idea what it means. They are very rude and don't know what they are doing there. She just pick up half of the order because they don’t have anything ready to go. They also said they’re going to give me a refund but they never do it. They just send me an email that everything was completed and delivery. And that’s not true. Don’t buy any flowers. Please do not make the mistake of buying from that store as there are so many more from another company. It's a bad experience!"

"Pre Ordered days in advance for a rose and chocolate to be delivered for Valentine's Day 2/14/24 during a specific time period,it is now the day after 2/15/24 and the order status has not changed. If it does get delivered today that completely ruins the thought behind it being for Valentine's Day, already dissatisfied the occasion was ruined. This location has ruined my experience with edible arrangements."

"Very disappointed!! I placed an order on 1/26 for Valentines Day for my wife and daughter. I tried using the online tracking to check the status of my order and it remained in order placed status. I called the store location on Valentines Day and was told they’re at capacity and could not give an ETA. The person I spoke with didn’t bother checking my order number to ensure they in fact started working on it. As the day started to get closer to the end I tried calling the store back and didn’t receive an answer. I left two voicemails and no one bothered to contact me. I understand it may be busy for the holiday, but I placed the order well in advance and the very little you can do is communicate if my order wouldn’t be delivered. We never received the arrangement. This was a very poor experience as I paid in advance. Luckily I had PayPal refund me since a manager couldn’t get back to me from the store."

"Placed an order in the store on 2/10/24 to be delivered on Valentine's Day. The order was more than $200 and I confirmed the day prior that it was still on track to be delivered. The order never arrived. I called the store multiple times, but no answer. I left a voicemail but no response. The online chat didn't work. I also used the automated tracking option on the phone and I received an error message that the service wasn't working. No response, no flowers, wife's pissed now and I'm out $200+ so I'm going to have to go back and visit the store again. Complete incompetence at every level and a regrettable experience."
